We found this place to be located perfectly away from the rockford/chicago area. The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean. This was definitely worth the price we paid. Though nothing fancy, it's a nice clean hotel with ALOT of charm.

Near Rockford and Belvidere Business Park and Chrysler. Good sized rooms with affordable rates. Customer Service was great! The lady at the desk was more than helpful. Many restaurants near by/walking distance. On State St., next to car dealership

I dont know what you guys are talking about. I called and the guy working was very nice and helpful. He said his manager is there and I could have talked to him. I will write another review after I stay.

I should have stopped after reading the other reviews!

I should have just moved on to the next hotel after reading the reviews, but I figured I would give them a try to prove the reviews wrong. Well after one phone call to a very rude attended at the hotel I have found the reviews are right....run as fast as you can to another hotel because this one is terrible.

I called to ask about the property because I was going to be attending a wedding nearby and the impatient, rude girl who answered the phone, said we have two kinds of rooms. My stay at Cambridge Inn was not a pleasant experience. I arrived February 22nd after 3PM to a very cold room with insufficient heat. Hardly any. Considering notice in advance of my arrival you'd think house-keeping (staff) would make sure guests would be comfortable. Also, I was assured that this was a handicap room.
