We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Fallsview. We had a Fallsview room that was just beautiful. The room was newly renovated and spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable, I have nothing bad to say about our stay. Would definately go back.

the lobby is very nice but the pool is so gross! i had a falls view room and it was beautiful. and the resturant was not to over priced. so if your looking for a fallsview hotel and you dont want to spend a lot for a room i would want you and anyone looking for a good vacation to come here! see you there

Overall, my summary of our stay would be "over priced , underserviced and unfair". The restuarant menu is way over priced $42.00 for a steak . The quality of food and service was very poor!

There was nothing to dislike at the hotel.

Breathtaking view of the Falls with wall to wall floor to ceiling glass. The suite was very comfortable and it was a pleasure to just sit in the room during the evening and watch the sun go down and then the illumination of the Falls.

Service and facilities were very good though on-site parking was not always easy.

Hope to get back there next year.
