Most of all, we found this motel convenient to find and within walking distance to Progressive Field, Town City Centre shopping mall, and restaurants. It was very clean, and the room was ready ahead of the promised time. Parking was $16 a day, but the convenience of parking close in a well-watched lot was worth it. The beds were very comfortable and larger than most. We will definitely come here again.

This was an excellent place to stay my brother and i stayed here for 3 days while attending three indians games and couldnt be happier with the service, the staff was friendly and helpful in every way, room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent plenty of food everything was in walking distance pool area was clean water was a little warm but overall was not bad i recommend this hotel to anyone going to cleveland

I was in Cleveland for a concert. i was impressed by the entire staff. The staff did everything prior to being asked but the were for real. There was no pretence.They wereall attentive and made sure that your needs were met. The service of getting to your affair is there for the asking. I enjoyed myself. I plan to go back to enjoy the wonderful service. The rooms were very clean as the corridors.

We stayed overnight for a detroit cleveland baseball game and a trip to the rock and roll hall of fame. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and well stocked, and the use of the hotel shuttle service was far more than expected. We will go back to cleveland and we will stay at this hotel. I was most impressed by the cleanliness (most important). We were there to see the Cavs play and could easily walk to the "Q". Very good location. Breakfast was good but a little pricey ($9.95 each). All in all, it was a very nice place and we will be back the next time we come to Cleveland.

When there is an Indians game, this can be a little hectic since the stadium is across the street. I've had excellent interactions with the Garden Inn and for a downtown location they are very reasonable with the parking (about $14/day). Definitely a good downtown choice.
