Three family members and I just arrived from a single night at the Holiday Inn Express Meadowlands in Carlsdadt, New Jersey. Worst stay ever. We paid for two nights, only stayed one night AND the night we stayed they stated they didn't have any room for us but upon reflection found a smoking room - even though they acknowledged that the reservation stated no smoking. On top of that, they double billed us for the night we stayed. Terrible.
