Service is top notch. The staff there is happy to do just about anything you ask them - we had them pick up food from the Chop House for us for dinner and they plated and delivered it like room service. The common areas are warm and inviting, the breakfast was great, rooms quiet and comfortable. High quality linens were a nice treat. Really no other place compares in Buffalo. Will be back!

I love this place. It is so nice to see a building I saw go to peices become something so beautiful. i love staying there when I come home to visit family. It is a real Buffalo treat. The staff is great , and it gives the end of a long day a taste of luxury.

This is the best 'Hotel' in downtown Buffalo. The staff is attentive, service is acceptable, and the rooms are nice. Room service and other amenities are lacking, but it is made up for in ambiance and style.

WE ATTENDED A WEDDING AT THE MANSION ON JANUARY 27.2007.I HAVE NEVER MET A MORE QUALIFIED STAFF WITH MANNERS BEYOND BELIEF.I COULD NOT GET OVER HOW GOOD THE FOOD WAS ALSO.I WOULD LOVE TO BACK AGAIN SOON.
