The service was not very good-the manager was not nice at all (bad customer service skills). The hot tub was small and not very clean, location was good! The other travelers we met there were very nice just not the hotel's management! Probably will never stay there again.

Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the knoxville area. This hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was a joy! We loved it.

Location was a little too far off the path unless you are flying into Knoxville which we didn't. If you are traveling thru Knoxville on I-40 the other location would make much more sense.
