Loved the big rooms, in ground pool and convenient location. This is a great way to experience Lawrence like a local. Stroll up and down Mass. St. and try some of the great restaurants and shops. We never noticed the train but the AC was running all night so it probably did cover the noise.

Hospitality was sorely lacking. Heated pool was not heated. Room lacked bedding/sheets for sofa bed. Train noise unbearable. Worst place I've stayed in Lawrence.

Very nice. Being right by the river was neat outside your window. Located downtown Lawrence, KS on Massuchettes street. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Walking distance to fun!

The only good thing--The room was clean and well furnished.

The people at the front desk do not care at all about anything. First they only had our reservation for one night when we had booked two nights. It was fine and we were able to keep our room but they failed to tell us to come and get new keys because they stopped working first thing in ...

I've had two excellent stays with this hotel. One was for a bachelorette party, one was a romantic evening with my husband in a king rm jacuzzi suite. The rooms look brand new and have all the advertised amenities. The jacuzzi suite was fantastic. A big screen TV, a kitchenette area, and a very comfortable jacuzzi. I did not try out the pool ...

Good location (convenient to downtown), attractive setting (on river). No problem with noise from neighboring railroad.
