Just returned from a weekend trip and was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly and I enjoyed my stay there. I would highly recomend it for the price and service offered. I plan on returning there again!

Rooms were not very clean, no clean sheets for the three nights we were there,just beds made. The first day I asked for more towels, waited an hour, called the desk again, desk clerk said they'd be right up. We never did get them, fortunately, I saw a maid's cart and was able to grab a couple. For the price of the rooms, I was very disappointed.

A little trouble checking in. When we arrived we were told that it would be a 30 minute wait to get into our room. After 30 minutes we were told again that it would be another 30 minutes. My husband and me were told that check in is 4pm not 3pm. Our confirmation papers stated that check in was 3pm. After finally getting to our room, we were ...

WHEN TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN, CONVENIENCE IS ALWAYS A PLUS AND THAT WAS THE BEST WESTERN CAOLINIAN.IT WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE SHOPS, THE PAVILLION. RIGHT ON THE BEACH SO WE WERE ABLE TO LET THE KIDS GO ON THEIR OWN AND WATCH THEM FROM OUR SUITE. ALL OF US REALLY ENJOYED THE STAY AND WE ARE READY, JUST AS MUCH AS THE KIDS ARE READY TO RETURN THIS SUMMER.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel it that it is located right on the beach with a nice view. The kids liked the lazy river.

we loved the view from our room..but the beds were too hard The pools were broken the 2nd days of our stay...so we left. wouldn't stay again due to uncomfortable beds

I loved this hotel it was great. I read the reviews before going and I was leary but it was wonderful. The only problem is the front desk staff did not want to get extra items like pillows when you ask they lied 2 nights in a row and said they didn't have access to them.

We really liked the ocean front view, pools and lazy river were great! Kids just loved everything, they had a great time! Dislikes:
cleaned rooms in the afternoon, sofa bed sheet never changed for week we stayed. All in all great service & great beach!

Worth the drive!

We really like the Carolinian it is a great place to stay. The rooms have plenty of room in them and are very clean. We love it there and can't wait to go back.
