I have a family and a small 7 month old baby. Inspite of having a confirmed booking and reservation number we were asked to wait in the lobby for 3 hours. The restaurant staff is most uncourteous. After a long drive we reached there and had to come back home late at night after a 330 km drive. I can only say, its not a 5 star hotel. U can rate it only as a 2 star hotel.
