Excellent location and price.
Neat room with all you need - from shampoo and coffeemaker to table and very comfortable bed. The rooms aren't small as some people say - the size is just ok.

Pricing relative effective for New York. Location good for a mid-town hotel, short walk to everything mid-town. Close to all three major subway lines and Grand Central. Good cafe and 2 delis on the block for inexpensive early/late meals.

The location was very good, not far from Times Square, close to Grand Central Station and to theaters.
The staff was friendly and the room small, but comfortable.
I think it's a nice place to stay to visit New York. We are French and this hotel looks very friendly to us, not too big.
I just regret the meals were expensive, though very good.If we visit New York again, we'll certainly stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is not a normal, full-service hotel. Do NOT book it expecting great service. You walk in and put a credit card in a machine to retrieve your room card. It has free wifi (at least last time I was there) and the rooms are small. For NYC, it is a great bargain and it's quiet, secluded and peaceful. If you are in NYC on business, it's a great option.

I have read the other reviews written here about Club Quarters and cannot help but think that these people were looking for something that this hotel never promised to deliver.
