This hotel was amazing. It was relaxing and very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the beds are sooo comfortable. I wont stay anywhere but the Hampton Inn when I visit Eugene.

Great greeting from the time you walk in.
Not stuffy very relaxed atmosphere. The staff laughs, and jokes with you, they are very organized, with maps directions, computer use , and directions.
The hotels is clean, new feel, kept up exellent. the rooms are good size with great beds, white duvet covers.
I enjoy my stay here on a regular basis, business or family jaunts. Better feel than most hotels, this place and staff have a personality.

Sorry to say, but, I stayed at this hotel. I had a minor problem to report to management. I asked to speak with the manager and when she spoke with me, she was very Rude. She basically told me if I wasn't happy I should leave!! As for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?? Its false asvertisement at this particular hotel. I will not stay at this establishment ever again!!

I feel that this hotel is not the best place to stay. There's only one person who's doing everything. THe front desk operator is the receptionist, the housekeeping and the security.
