This hotel is the best! The staff went out of their way to make us feel "at home". Our room and the hotel was immaculate. Didn't have a "hotel" smell. Shortcoming is the layout, one has to travel from one elevator to another to get in and out, along the way you see everyone's smiling faces and their eagerness to help you find your way. This nice, new Embassy Suites is within walking distance to everything - the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, Art Museum, etc. With Net Direct savings, you can't beat it! Why stay anywhere else?

Their service was excellent and the two night stay was great. However I thought the room was a little too small to be a suite. I also like the breakfast they honored us with each morning.

I enjoyed this hotel because the view of Chicago was spectacular. It was a very enjoyable hotel because the cleanliness added to its charm. A beautiful hotel, the Embassy Suites is definately one of the top five hotels I have visited around the U.S. I can't wait to make my next trip to Chicago to stay in this luxurious hotel!
