Place looks nice from the exterior but the service and noise is awful. Noise can be so bad that you cannot sleep -- and the hotel staff could care less about your comfort. You have a good selection of hotels in Orlando and/or the UCF area so try other places.

I vacationed at this hotel for a week with my two sons ages 14 and 10. The hotel, room, food, and staff was great. The morning clerk Jennifer was very helpful in giveing me advice on where to take my kids, and Micheal was great at giving me directions considering I got lost almost wverywhere I went. i like this hotel the service was great the hotel was very clean tha't the number one thing i liked about this hotel. the batrooms were extremely clean and the maid service comes in thed mornigh and clean and make the bed. i went down for breakfast u came back my bed was made and fresh new towels was ready for me. they were also very good with directions and there' a lot a attraction near by

The hotel staff only had one person on duty at 11:00 p.m. the night we arrived. The service at check-in was slow and delayed as a result. We were placed into a smoking room (which definitely wreaked of smoke)as there were no non-smoking rooms available. The hotel's appearance was nice and it is in close proximity (approx. 1 mile) to UCF.
