Spent the day in downtown Galena and decided to spend the night. Very helpful at check in and gave us a great rate. I have nothing to complain about and will stay at this hotel when we return later this year. Might even bring the kids with to enjoy the pool area. If you are looking for a clean hotel with a friendly staff then stay here.

We visited this hotel early December and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Cookies and candy were waiting for us when we arrived. We have learned over the years to stay on the top floor away from the pool because of the noise and the kids running nonstop.

Other than that Country Inn and Suites are tops especially the front desk staff...very helpful and so friendly.

Our room is always clean and fresh and that is very important to us.

Some girlfriends and I stayed at this hotel, as part of a 'girls weekend away from the hubby and kids' and we had a blast!! The room was very clean. The pool was great, too - had a fun waterslide, a kiddie pool and a hot tub. All were excellent!!

The continental breakfast in the mornings were good!!

I liked this hotel so much, ...
