Place seems to be getting a little run down, tired. Although not old, it looks like it hasn't been taken care of. Needs a spruce up. Room could have been cleaned a little better. Front desk guy needs to pay more attention to the customers, not the football game on the lobby television. Coffee in lobby needs to be replenished when it gets old and cold, even outside of breakfast hours.
