Nice 5 star hotel. The only 5 star in town. Check in took a while as room was not ready. Check in was at 2pm but could only get one of the rooms (I booked for 2) at 3pm. really poor service i had. not to mention the air con which wasnt fixed after i complained - fed up and checked out - seek for some other hotel which was worth it . Although i paid for cheaper hotel, the service there was tremendous.

Furthermore, being a tourist, i definitely do not understand malay, and that explains all.
