In a central area of BA. Busy on weekdays, quieter at night and on weekends. Reception staff was a bit clueless about exchanging currency, city tours etc. Recommended for business travel, tourists should pick a hotel in the recoleta area. Overall a nice place, but with some shortcomings. Not a 4* htel by USA standards.
