I couldn't find a problem with this hotel. They had everything I needed.Nice gym. My room was clean. Nice bed. Pantry in the lobby. And even though its in walking distance to the downtown activity ($5 cab ride) the Hotel shuttle was readily available. But it's Charlotte, so still nestled away from the bustle you'd think associated with being that close to the activity.

My boyfriend and I live in Raleigh and needed a night alone without our toddler we had a romantic evening their the staff was very helpful we had room service that was excellant and a lovely night out on the town. Our room was nice and clean I will return.
