We stayed at this location for the weekend
during our Spring Break 2008; our family spent the day Saturday at Moody Gardens. We
found everything at Super 8 to be excellent.
Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, the
beach, etc. The staff at the service desk
was very friendly, too.

We liked the clean, spacious room, breakfast options, location near beach. The laundry room came in handy.

Personnel were friendly, knowledgeable of area. The hotel was clean and inviting.

The pool area is nice. Easy access to hotel.
Seemed like safe area to stay in. Parking lot well lit, room had good security.

i loved this place i went with my kids they loved it too my room was so comftarble !! i felt like at home thank u !

Will NEVER pay this kind of money for this kind of trashy room again, EVER. Human waste beside bed, staff wouldnt issue clean towels for our 2nd night, sheets stained, as well as burnholes. Not worth the money, DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The location to the cruise lines are fantastic and really affordable. There was a large group that stayed here and we found it great. It met our needs. This is a hotel if you need a place to stay before the cruise. You can park here and leave your vehicle but it also is directly across from a guarded parking lot that is tons easier to get to ...

Was A Great Price compared to other around. We made reservations and Im glad we did. Check in was 5 minutes, we went to the room, which was very clean and cold(the way I like it). It is a block away from the beach, so We would walk instead of drive, It is a bit hidden behind the waffle house. Over all me and my wife were extremely satisfied with the stay.

Besides the cockroach in my sink in the morning, it was an ok place to stay. I would not want to stay there for an extended amount of time.

Would definitely Stay here again. The Staff was friendly and handled our reservations nice and quickly. It was conveniently located not far from the beach although there is no ocean view in the rooms. For a Galveston hotel, rooms have been updated well.

We stayed in a room with a king size bed Rooms are very large. TV remote was very difficult to work. A call to the desk left us waiting for an answer, only to find out the clerk meant for us to hang up and she would call back!! We called the desk back after we figured it out to be told our phone had been busy...dah. Not sure what had happened ...
