Great staff, location, service and atmosphereThe staff at the hotel were quick to check me in, and get my luggage to my room. After the Intercon had "cancelled" my room (even though I had a confirmation number from them), it was nice to have hotel staff that seemed to genuinely care for my care and comfort, especially as an American woman.

Rude, Cheating Reservation StaffIn 2003-2005, I used to stay at Olaya Holidya Inn in Riyadh. Its staff used to be polite and honest.
In 2006 & 2007, I'd call in to to resreve a single room. The new Resevations & Front Desk Staff were rude & resorted to trickery with unsuspecting guests.
