At first it was an ok hotel until we realized that someone had been in our room and stolen our camera with thousends of pictures from vaction the week before. Good lokation but that is unfortunately all I can say.

I stayed in November 2005 and will return again in November 2006. The room was large, fantastic bathroom. Two things that were wroing with the room was the room was on the top floor adjacent to the street, which made it difficult to sleep after the pubs closed and also the heating was not up to par. The bed was near the windows and they did would not close. But i found the room very clean, stafff was very helpful, and the food was good.

This was the worse hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was tiny, beds were bunk bed style but not stacked. Very uncomfortable, no chair at all to set in. Location was good, the hotel could spend some money and make the rooms better, (maybe) Stayed on the 3rd. floor, no elevator.

"Hotel has a briliant location but the general decor is "tired" and could do with a repaint. Rooms have thin walls and 1st floor is noisy from the banging door to a resturant. The hotel resturant is separate to the main hotel and you need to walk a few yards along road - not a major problem but a nuisance in the rain. Staff helpful. ...

Rooms good and very large, staff and position could not be bettered.
Lack of a hotel lounge is no problem since there are dozens of cafes and bars within a stone's throw where you can spend all day over a cup of coffee.

Great hotel, very clean, staff all helpful would definitely return when in Krakow

I was fortunate enough to stay at the Rezydent Hotel for a period of 19 days.. and all I can say is that it was great. The service was excellent, the people were nice, and the breakfast downstairs every morning was very good. Not to mention the great location. Next time I'm in Krakow, I will be staying there again.
