First time ever I take time to review and I
travel extensively. The treatment was horrible. Had only one towel in the room. Gave me a hard time when I requested a second
towel. Towels were dry, scratchy and smelly.
Was told room was air conditioned and could
be adjusted from front desk. That night when
requested air conditioning on was told could
not be adjusted until summer. this was may
10th. Staff rude and unhelpful.
