The hotel is on a small lot but it is a great place to stay for Santa Clara University parents because the rooms are quite luxurious, the staff is friendly, the price is reasonable for the area and you get a nice continental breakfast included as well as being close to campus.

The hotel room was very nice and clean. They have an elevator to the 2nd floor rooms but our room was located on a level higher. We had to climb up approx. 12 fairly steep stairs lugging our heavy suitcases. I requested for another room due to my injured foot, but they were completely sold out. They weren't able to accommodate me!
