I would not recommend staying at Quality Suites in Millbrae. The staff was not very helpful and brusque and the suites were in poor condition. The hotel was being renovated during our stay and we were not informed of this inconvenience. As such there were no mirrors in the bathroom, unsightly walls and dust everywhere.

I wish I could have even seen the hotel room.

Unfortunately, when I got to the front desk, they told me that no rooms were available - despite my reservation made 3 weeks in advance.

They told us to drive ~3 miles to a Holiday Inn Express.

Next time, I'll save myself the trouble and just make the reservation with the Holiday Inn Express.

We stayed here the night before we took a flight from San Francisco in order to take advantage of the 'park and fly' feature. When we booked our park-n-fly reservation we were told that we would recieve limo service to and from the hotel. When we checked in the desk clerk confirmed the limo service. She also told us that the cable TV was out of service. The next morning we were told that there was a problem with the limo service so we rode to SFO in a filthy yellow cab. ...
