I had reservations about booking this hotel on reviews, but took my chances and was pleasantly surprised. Location is not scarey at all. The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.
This hotel was the worse experince I have ever had...I stay in hotels at least one week out of the 4 weeks of the month. Front desk service was slow and very difficult to understand, it took 15 minutes to get us cheked in even though we had reservations. My car got briken in, their camera aroud the building broke minutes before my car got robbed. ...
I had an amazing experience in dealing with this hotel. I was stranded at Newark airport with the winter weather delays and the staff was amazingly helpful in getting me to and from the airport. The hotel is very well taken care of, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was nice as well. I highly recommend this hotel - the staff was amazing.

As we entered the area in Newark for our motel, we were somewhat apprehensive, as it appeared to be a run-down section of town, plus it was late, and we had taken a wrong turn off the Interstate. Not bad for a night but not for much longer

Would call down to front desk and 4 times they would not even answer. Took over 2.5 hours to get a remote control delievered to the room.. Just was not impressed with staff
