the rooms are really clean, staff is great. Best hotel I've stayed at. I loved the japanese breakfast and the waffles were great. I had to leave earlier than I expected but i liked my stay. thank you for the great service

DOES THIS HOTEL EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! I'VE CALLED MANY TIMES AND NO ONE BOTHERS ANSWERING!! IF IT WERE UP TO ME, I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE A STAR!!
