I thought it was a great place. I was surpised to get such a nice hotel at the last minute and at a very reasonable price. Keep up the good work guys. Very close to Disney Downtown

The room was overpriced. I booked the room online and it didn't look like that in real life. One of the guest directors was so rude, he should not interact with guests. I would never go back to this hotel. The maids stole money from my room while i was out, amd when asked to speak to someone they were very nasty. I don't recommend this ...

First of all, the pool area is tiny. Don't get fooled by the photos. The food in the hotel was terrible. The room was dirty, someone's hair was in the tub. The room also smelled like smoke. It was near the theme parks but that's the only good thing! Everything was overpriced and the cleaning was otrocious! I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I liked how up class and clean this place was. The rooms were a little small but they were kept very clean. The staff was extremely nice and I spent a lot of my time talking to a couple of the concierge guys, they were very helpful and nice. Everything seemed new and the gift shop had anything you could need including food, drinks, souveniours, cigarettes, and tylenol...I will stay again if I get the chance

We loved this Hotel!I loved the huge heated pool, the view of universal studios and the world's largest McDonald's play place,the huge rooms,glass elevators,24 HOUR fitness center,restaurants, and LOCATION just a mile from UNIVERSAL STUDIOS

GREAT BEDS! Very comfortbale and linens were great. Friendly staff was very helpful and energetic. The hotel was clean from the lobby to the rooms and bathrooms. The pool was great and the pool side food was really good. You can even charge to your room at the gift shop. Made it very easy when you didn't want to carry money to the pool. Located near to everything.

I like everything about this hotel it is as close to a resort (time-share) property as you can get without actually staying there myself. I recommend that anyone with $150 to spend each and everynight (before TAX), take advantage of this fabolous 5-star HOTEL
