This is a very nice place to stay. Nice quiet, comfortable rooms, and great service. I would suggest this hotel to any one who is coming into town for a business trip or with family. This would be a nice place to stay.

I thing I like most about The Westin is the service and their COMFORTABLE BEDS. You could just melt as soon as you put your head on the pillow. We were on the very top floor and the view was absolutely beautiful. I am a Charlotte native, but when my husband and I want to retreat, the Westin will be our destination.

Although this is one of the newest hotels in Charlotte I must say that it is absolutely the best. Very elegant and the staff is super friendly. I could not have asked for a better stay in any other hotel in the world. A perfect 10 in my book.

I love this place the location the people, but most importantly if you don't get a good night sleep here in one of their heavenly beds then you won't sleep anywhere. You will sleep forever here, just make sure to get a wake up call!

Everything was perfect! If I ever had to stay in a Charlotte hotel again this would be the one. I think it should be voted Honeymoon headquarters.

the food was great.need highspeed internet. the staff was excellent. the rooms were spacious. was very quiet. enjoyed the food in the restaurant. the price is a bargain for the luxury i encountered.

The overall service from check-in to check-out was very exciting. Made me feel like I was a celebrity with the amount of attention and detail from the hotel staff.

this hotel is new and located in a perfect space to view uptown or southend. My only compaint is the front desk is not very organized. We had a package delivered to us and they lost it.
