the best mattress anywhere....and so the best nite sleep also, the location is great for anything you care to do downtown...the resturant wasw wonderful...and the service was superb....

A little more expensive than average night, but well worth the money. Lots of things to offer and great service from the staff. Very, very comfortable nights rest, and extremely nice rooms. Very well cleaned facility.

The staff at The Westin is great. The hotel also includes a great restaurant and bar with the best martinis around. Try the Turtle martini!

I felt the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very helpful. Loved the bar as well. The Ember restaurant was special to us since we want to name our daughter Ember.

Great Service, They had an exicellent hotel restuarnt. it was close to everything in the downtown area. The bar staff was friendly and speedy. The clerks were helpful. The Room was beautiful, Had Soft Soft Beds, down comforters and many more great amities. 2 thumbs WAY UP.

The Westin is located in downtown Charlote and is a very romantic place. Great stay for couples. The trolley picks you up in front of the hotel and stops at various places downtown, The cost was 1.00 per person each way when we rode. The Westin's Heavenly beds are just what you'd expect and the shower was wonderful. I can't wait to stay again!

The Westin is 1st class all the way! Great modern surroundings, friendly staff, nice bar called the Ember Grille.
The bar has couches for you to sit alone or with a group.
Concierge is there for you for whatever you need.
Last but not least, it is located right next to the Charlotte Convention center.

the westin charlotte has everything that you look for in a metropoli. From the moment that you walk in the door, there is always somebody at hand to give you the service that you require. excellent dining, entertainment and room service makes the westin the place to be in charlotte.

THE THING I LOVE ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS BECACAUSE OF THEIR TRULY SENSE OF SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY,THEY ARE VERY REPONSIVE TOO,GOOD SERVICE PAR EXCELLENT.
THEIR LOCATION IS NOT ALL THAT GREAT HOW I WISH THEY HAVE A VERY SERENE LOCATION BECAUSE FOR ME I LOVE TO BREATH IN THAT KIND OF FRESH AIR THAT COMES FROM THE GREENS.
