NO, it is not the Ritz and it is rare that I give a full 'thumbs up' rating, but this place deserved it. It was not in a great location for enjoying Chicago, but it certainly WAS the perfect place for a company conference.

Loved the room. Everything was clean and the bathroom and shower were to die for. They had granite floors and tile and the shower was a huge glass walk-in. We had problems with the hotels charging the credit card three times.

The Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Hotel is presumably the nicest property in the vicinty of the Chicago O'Hare Airport.
