Lexington,VA owner was ridiculous. Booked a baseball team group rate and tournament was cancelled due to rain. Notified owner and he still charge a full night to all 12 reservations. Completely inflexible even though and unwilling to move the reservation dates. DO NOT book a group rate at this hotel. Discount was insignificant compared to the overall impact to 12 families

Clean pool, quite location with great view, friendly service. Would definitely come back again. Easy access to the highway, and downtown Lexington is quaint and definitely worth a visit, too.

Stayed at the Wingate on the way to VA Beach and at the Best Western on the way back. Wingate had the nicer pool, larger rooms, larger (softer) beds, and a nice continential breakfast (only got a $2 off coupon at Best Western). Plus it was less expensive!!
