Front desk staff is very untrained. Taking phone calls and checking people in at the same time is very annoying. Last time I was there a dog barked all day while their owners were out. Kids running up and down the halls at 7am was not a good thing either.

This could be a wonderful place to stay . . . location is terrific; the rooms are of a nice size; the kitchenettes well equipped. However, the place is simply dirty . . . especially the public areas.
