And the bad thing is, it probably could be a lot worseWe requested our beds be made with clean sheets and to have our towels replaced with clean towels. The cleaning lady, who was cleaning our room at 6pm for some reason, told us that she didnt have any more clean sheets or towels so she just made it look neat instead. Awful Service5 days at Country Inn
Room was not cleaned, beds not made one day
Towels not replaced, no toilet paper another day.
Breakfast server was rude.
Overcharged for room, charge 4 weekend days (higher rate) for a 5 day stay ($90 extra).
No response 3 days later after calling with complaints and overcharge.

ExcellentMy family and I recently chose the Country Inns & Suites as our vacation spot in Erie, Pennsylvania. It was great! The service was unbeatable, the location was convenient and the price was just right! They have a great breakfast, warm and welcoming environment, clean rooms and a front desk staff like no other! Never going back!Arriving from Canada on Nov.25/04, we found a drug store still open during Thanksgiving. We made a few purchases and kept them in the white shopping bag. country inn and suites GettysburgWe stayed at the Country inn and suites in Gettysburg Pa 3 weeks ago and it was lovely. Everything was fresh and clean and exceptionally roomy. We even watched staff on their knees dusting the beautiful wooden baseboards., The Staff bent over backwards to help everyone,and all were extremely kind and helpful.
