The staff is very friendly and helpful, that's the best thing. The breakfast buffet is good and not too expensive. The hotel is 1/2 a block away from the convention center, so if you are going to be at the convention center for a meeting or conference, then this is a great place to stay. This place looks nice and is well kept. However, the pool and the gym were small. One of the managers on duty was pretty rude as well. On the positive side, it was really close to lots of tourist areas including the french quarter. I don't think that I would recommend this hotel though.

Me and My girlfriend have visited this Hilton on two occassions and it was wonderful both times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet is fast. The breakfast is of great quality and last but not least its inexpensive!! Whenever we know we're going to N.O. we reserve our room here right away!!!

I really like ever thing there nice room nice people (sweet people) very clean. great food. You could not as for a better staff. I was so comfortable. I have a hard time falling asleep in new places. But it so nice and comfortable and clean the room, beds and the pillows I slept like a baby Thank you Hilton Garden Inn in New Orleans staff thank you for making my Dad and my stay great time to remember.

poor customer service

My family visited New Orleans in July 25 through August 3, 2005. My son competed in the 2005 AAU Junior Olympics. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center which was located right near the convention Center where we spent most of out time and within walking distance of all we wanted to do.
