The W Hotel is a gem in the Tri County area. I have been there many times in the last 3 years. I wish they would bring the music back on Thursday nights. The Hotel is like no other in the area. The ambience is jazzy smooth. Great place to kick it on the weekends. The weekend rates are a bargain. The service that staff provides is second to none.

The W Silicon Valley has the trendy look and feel of the W without the high price. If you stay there on a weekend, you can often get a great deal ($99). Location isn't great though (off 84, close to the Dumbarton Bridge) but we love the rooms, it's quiet and the beds are wonderful (Heavenly Bed).

I stayed at the W Silicon Valley on Memorial Day Weekend 2005. The hotel was exactly as the pictures on the W Hotels website described it to be. The rooms were spacious, the TVs were enormous, and hotel lobby was trendy-shiek, and the service was excellent.

The rooms were gorgeous and the price was fantastic - a great little getaway while visiting nearby family. Most comfortable hotel bed EVER.
