Stayed at Park Place in July, 2007. I am extremely fussy about hotels. No need to worry about this hotel. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The Park Place was the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life! I have been to hundreds and this one was by far the worst!
The staff are completly RUDE! there are carpet stains all over the place and everthing was horrible. the elevators are super slow, the mattresses looked like they have not been changed in centuries, the are lumpy, the t.v. ...

WE HAVE BEEN TO OCEAN CITY MANY TIMES.EVERYTIME WE HAVE STAYED AT A DIFFERENT PLACE,JUST BECAUSE WE WERE NOT TOTALLY SATISFIED.WE WANTED A DECENT,CLEAN,NOT OLDER THAN DIRT,AFFORDABLE PLACE. PARKPLACE IS THAT PLACE. GREAT LOCATION TOO!I WOULD DIFINITLY RECOMMEND IT.

We just came back from O.C. Maryland from the Memorial Day, 2007 weekend. We are soooo glad we chose Park Place. Very clean and modern room. Spacious. We had a double effiency Ocean Front. All rooms are efficiencies. Private Balcony with excellent view of the large sandy beach and boardwalk. Close to the action, but not noisy at all! ...

The hotel was very clean. All hotel staff were very friendly & accomodating. the view from the baclony couldn't get any better. Can't wait to go back again. Will not stay anyplace else in ocean city.
