Its clean and beautiful with a great view of the city. Its service is wondrously great. I accidently left my pet rat Fluffy under my bed probably roaming around somewhere in the hotel.

staff was very friendly, and really made us feel like they wanted us to be here, not just because its their job to want us there. This is going to sound weird but the beds were very comfortable. I thought the free internet was a nice touch. The gym was excellent and the pool was really nice, though crowded.

I found that the rooms were built with poor materials and that some of the equipment in the rooms did not work properly. If I was not getting a discounted rate, I would have complained. This place is just average, I have stayed here 3 times now.

A+ My stay here was brief, but relaxing. It was most certainly a great way to end a 2 week stay in Honduras. The staff was friendly, spoke crystal clear English, and was very attentive. They remember and use your name as often as possible and bend over backwards to make sure everything you need is taken care of.

The food was great, breakfast included, internet included, and workout facilities were def. up to par.

Great Location. Very Modern (American) hotel with great rooms, marble floors, superb gym, and excellant service. Pool is very nice and relaxing although crowded with non-hotel guest who pay a daily fee.
