loverly place, great food and loverly people. shame about the towels on the sunloungers so early in the morning (managment need to stop this ) a 5 star hotel is about rest , relaxation and service not having to rise at 7 am to book my place at the pool or beach. I didnt so could not get around the pool or beach parasol.

This is the second year my husband & I, have stayed at the Paradiso, and for sure we will be going back again next year.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, the people, the food absolutely everything at this hotel is fantastic.

The people who work at the resort cannot do enough for you.

I have stayed at several resorts and this is by far the best in a long time.

The food was excellent, beautiful beaches and the nicest people and services available.

The shows were entertaining and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly.

Going back again and bringing friends!

This resort is fantastic. The service was excellent and there was nothing that we did not have. The restarants were execellent with a varity of different foods every night. Entertainment was excellent, different show everynight. Lots of different activities were included in the price. Horse back riding, snorkling and catermaran. I can not say enough about the staff. amazing people.

There is nothing at all bad about this resort. 33 of us went for a wedding and it was amazing. The people are wonderful, the food was excellent over all it was outstanding!!! I would go back in a heartbeat.

This was the best hotel i have been into for at least 3 months! i loved the service and the amount fitted my budget by miles!! i'll definately go there again and will never go anywhere else in Holguin and will always love the people.

short carriage ride to city, but i STRONGLY suggest renting the scooters. it is so beautiful there you need free rein of your driving. we went for 5 hours and didnt get lost.... and the people are so nice they would direct you home.

The beach: full of beach flees that bites and leave traces on your skin for I would say one third of people.

The food: good effort but every preparation is over salty and any sea food or meat way over cooked (cuban way)

The service: simply excellent

The rooms: nicely designed but not renovated and a little old.
