I loved this hotel because it has a wonderful atmosphere. The room was awesome...the bed was huge and comfy!!! I felt like I was at home. Breakfast was wonderful...it was all around amazing!! And it's sooo close to Bricktown!

Awesome hotel with great service and excellent location. Valet parking is fast and convenient. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit OKC.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. Service was non-existent. Up to 10 minute wait times for elevators although the hotel was not crowded. Hard to locate someone to check us in... No one available to seat people at the restaurant either. Took 1 hour for barely-edible entrees to come out for two although only 9 people were in the entire ...

Beats all of the hotels that I have been in, the hyatt and marriot hotels.
My fiance and I stayed there for his birthday and Valentine's, it was very romantic, I am planning on using that hotel for our wedding, because it is so beautiful.
I also had a really bad fear of heights and we stayed on the 9th floor I was about to freak but once we got to the room I forgot I even had a fear, it was awesome.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Well worth the money spent. Oklahoma City has become a lot nicer in the past 5 years.

I checked in expecting a nice atmosphere. I walked in and felt out of place wearing my jeans and tennis shoes. The staff made me feel right at home. They checked me in quickly and gave me an awesome military discount. The rooms are amazing, and the lobby set up is just - wow. I really enjoyed the closeness to Bricktown and the accessibility of the parking garage, just down the sky walk. I will definitely stay there again if I get a chance!
