  • Not a real 4 diamond, 5 star hotel

    To the average Oklahoma folk, this hotel might be great. However, for those of us that have stayed at real 4 diamond resorts (Ritz-Carlton, Bellagio, Hotel du Pont), the Renaissance looks more like a Holiday Inn. Staff was okay, housekeeping did not arrive until 5:30 PM, the following morning housekeeping was very loud outside our door and the ...

    I satyed in this hotel last summer my husband and I.
    One of the best Hotels in oklahoma city, we didn't spend much because we were having pizza delivered almost every day for one week from a great little pizza place Called Hemi's Pizza. I think the pizza is the best we ever tried. My husband was always making fun of oklahoma untill we ...

    I couldn't not say enough good things about staying here the room was very clean it was close to the many wonderful things in OKC we had to travel a bit to do some business. But to staff really made to hotel great they extremly helpfully , friendly , always there to say good morning or good evening. I will definitly be back for all my business and pleasure needs.

    I had a wonderful nights sleep because the mattress was as comfortable as mine at home. The hotel was within walking distance of bricktown. It was great!

  • Outstanding hotel in all aspects

    From the time we entered the hotel drop-off lane, the staff greeted us with professionalism. The checkin process was quick and efficient. The room was outstanding.
    We entertained professional collegues in the hotel restaurant. The food was outstanding, great prices, great service.
    We will defiantely stay here again should the opportunity arise.

    I liked the elevators, skywalk and the pond. It was real clean. I liked the elevators because they are clear and go up and down fast.

    very nice hotel located downtown. it has a pool, salon, gift shop, nice restaurant, clean nice rooms with everything you can think of! it is an ideal location within walking distance to bricktown. very nice stay!

    Everthing was perfect. There is nothing to be mad about. They had perfect service. Good rates. Clean and freindly atmposhere. I will come back to this hotel and this one only.

  • Lovely place to stay!

    This hotel was just fabulous! The bed was amazingly comfortable, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and our view of Bricktown was awesome. This hotel is in a perfect spot b/c everything is within walking distance, which made things a lot easier. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants something close to all the great restaruants in Oklahoma City and who doesn't want the hassel of driving through city traffic.
