We have 2 dogs and Staybridge is one of the few places that not only accepts (tolerates) pets but welcomes them! We received a bag of dog treats at check-in and when we checked out, the receptionist asked if the dogs had a good stay :) The rooms are spacious and clean. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We were just down to the beach pretty much on a whim. My husband was home for R&R from Iraq and we wanted to hit some sites. We came down in April of 07' for the Battle at the Beach. I couldn't get into my timeshare so I booked Staybridge b/c it was next to my timeshare. I just loved this place! The breakfast was a great suprise alot more than what I expected!!! My hubby and I are going down this summer and could only get our timeshare Sat-Mon so we are going down Fri and will be staying with them again. Can't wait!

They only cancel you reservation if you choose to give them a credit card with no funds! Then when they call you repeatedly on a number you never asnwee, of course they will give your then non garaunteed reservation to a paying customer!

I booked a room in March of 06 for a vacation in august 06. When I get there at the hotel the lady behind the desk says" Sorry your credit card did not go through and we tried to call you but there was no answer" None of which is true. This is truly a fabulous hotel. We had a two bedroom suite, with an eat-in kitchen, living room, balcony and separate full baths. This was so convenient for both my husband and I and my two boys. The staff was superb and the facility as a whole very, very clean. We have designated this hotel as our official vacation spot whenever we visit Myrtle Beach!!! To management and staff, keep up the great work!!
