My parents used to take me here years and years ago and it was always the best hotel in the Dells.

First family vaca. in 5 yrs., Wavepool shutdown for clean up 2 of 3 days do to fecal cont., slides not working because linked to wavepool, lady at courtesy desk very rude, tried to contact management about issues never received contact back. Tried to put bad review on websight, won't allow it.

We arrived on Christmas Eve at 5pm. The pools were really fun and the staff at the arcade really made the trip. Lisa at the spa was excellent, I would go back just for that. The Great Wolf Lodge was the best hotel/resort I've ever gone to. The rooms are nice, waterparks are really fun, and it even has great food. Anybody would love to come here, it's a great family spot. I can't wait to go back!!!! :)

I have been to the Great Wolf Lodge many times. My kids love the waterpark and Wileys woods. I love the fact that you don't have to leave the lodge unless you want to. They offer everything onsite. I love that you can walk to the Tanger Outlet Mall. It's a great getaway for families. They also have great packages and deals online.
