I e-mailed the hotel twice to see about a lost cell phone charger critical to my trip. I have as yet to receive a reply and it has been over a month. Why post an e-mail link if it is not going to be monitored?

Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean and had a good breakfast buffet. Dissappointed that I had to go out in search of basics as there was no hotel gift shop

I have stayed many times at Radisson in Muscat and I think this is an excellent hotel. There are two good restaurants and and two bars nowadays, as there is one bar in the garden also. I have always got excellent service, and they have tried to comply with my wishes - for instance to get me a cheese plate as desert instead of something sweet.

The hotel is like the other hotel in Muscat and like Muscat & Oman it self IT IS BORING.
Lucky the internet is free, so we can kill time with it.

the hotel is a disaster considered to the standard of service the radisson's provide.there is no customer value and managemnet proves to be stupid.especially the front desk manager.he was drunk when i went and spoke to him even during the duty hours when i approached him

I've stayed at the hotel twice and hotel front desk continues to prove that this hotel is worthless. No customer service what so ever. Front desk employees and manager all need a basic customer service class (101). The hotel is sooooooooooo old and it's not clean. I would not stay there.

The Radisson SAS is a very nice upper-class hotel in Muscat.

The rooms were neat and clean.
The view on ours was spectacular: a rather big mosque in front of the mountains.
The food was good and varied. There were 2 different restaurants in the hotel (the regular one and one especially for carnivors with BBQ).

Hats off to this lovely hotel in Muscat. Easy access to any place in the city. Excellent food and warm and friendly professional staff. Definitely the best one in Muscat.
