room and bath very nice size, we faced the king street metro but the kids actually liked seeing trains. Lobby nice and staff helpful. Location near metro big plus and trolly down to end of King Street nice feature.
Very clean and plenty of space for all our meetings. The location was perfect, from the quaint resturants and shops of "Old Town" to the visits to DC. Our conferences will never be the same!
I worked with Betsy on planning and setting up my wedding reception. She is a great person and a real joy to work with. Most importantly she cared. She acctually cared to do her very best to make my day as special as could be. She was very good about communication and using technology. Awful service. Its really a shame as this is a beautiful property. But the staff's incompetence made my stay absolutely unbearable. They do not accomodate late check outs, do not give out directions, do not man the concierge desk, and do not accomodate any special requests.
I was very impressed with this hotel. It is RIGHT on the Metro line. We walked across the street and hopped on the subway every day to travel to D.C. Hotel is beautiful! Ranking it a 3 star is not what this hotel deserves. I would definitely give it 4 stars. Our room was spacious and SOOOOO quiet! It was cleaned spotlessly every day. We ...
It started when I called to cancel my first day and come on my second. They gave my room completely away for the entire week. They did however, find me a new one. Then any time I called for a wake up call, I'd have to let the phone ring forever, or call back.... and the staff was very rude and snippy with me at all times.
