The girl on second shift does'nt know how to operate the cash register. After declining my Visa I had to use debit to secure my room. My Visa was actually approved, she was just to lazy to know the difference. They released the hold on my debit and mistakenly put an extra $700 in my debit account. Hotel manager is clueless. Would not extend my stay so I had to flee to Plant City Holiday Inn which is a Great Hotel.
