I wanted to be close to my son's school and this was fine. I thought the room furniture layout could be better witht he bed on the same wall as the pull out sofa so the TV could be seen better while in bed. The bed was extremely comfortable and great pillows. A little small for two women not enough counter space in the bathroom sink area and none in the shower area.
