Everyone on the staff was very polite and courteous. Did not get to use the pool and spa but maybe next time. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.Great Happy Hour! Room was very clean. Visted when our boy graduated Fort Benning.

We really loved this hotel. Everything was so clean and the staff was VERY friendly! We called at 2 asking for an early check in and the recetionist said no problem! The breakfast was wonderful too. We didn't get to check out the pool or workout room, but they both seemed to be well taken care of and clean. I would recomment this hotel to all my family & friends!

Definitely a 5 star rating for the price and better than some more expensive. Clean facilities, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable beds, quality furnishings, and a super nice buffet breakfast. Plenty of eating choices close by and shopping. Nice little business center. Easy access to downtown. Had never stayed at a Wingate but this place sold me!

This hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. Great location, very close to restaurants, grocery, movies, etc. Hands down,the breakfast buffet can't be beat. I have stayed at this hotel everytime I have been in Columbus, and will continue to stay there in the future.
