Physical appearence of the property was commendable.All Guest services staff especially Travis and James was friendly and attentive. Housekeeping was marginal (new bars of soap and shampoo/lotion not automatically left). Large Front Lobby served very delicious hot breakfast buffet and Dinner. I would love to recommend this hotel for everyone who are planning to visit Washington DC or Virginia.

I've tried a few different extended stay hotels in the DC area and liked this the best in terms of room comfort. I didn't like the exercise room at all, and I look forward to a good run at the end of the day. Another problem was the laudary room. It was a great room, great service, pool area always has a lifeguard, and a there's a basket ball court. The gym needs new equipment, but overall I give it 4.5 stars

Plz clean the carpets once in a while.
Pillows for normal sized people would be great also. Currently only suitable for giants.
