Our stay at the Comfort Suites Hotel in Chincoteague Island was absolutely wonderful. If there is an award to be given out for excellent facilities and service, this hotel should get it! We stayed there for four nights in November and our family enjoyed a large, clean suite with two comfortable queen-size beds, a microwave, small refrigerator ...
New, clean, indoor pool, great breakfast, great room. Needs Closet door, but everyone was friendly, helpful and helped make it an enjoyable experience and created a good memory while there.
Absolutely loved the stay over Labor Day Weekend. The staff were amazingly hospitable and cheerful. My family felt safe and relaxed during the stay. It was quiet and the scene was beautiful.
Each year in January my wife, son and I stay here after hunting geese in Maryland. We arrive in hunting clothes with shotguns and luggage in tow. This area is known for duck and goose hunting and no one pays us any attention as we check in and head to the room. After changing into casual clothes, the wildlife refuge is a short drive away to pass ...
We've stayed at this Comfort Suites several times. The last time in 5/06. Staff very nice. I left a book there and they called us and to let us know they were mailing it back to me. Breakfast is always great....especially when you bring it up to your room and eat on your balcony overlooking the water. I keep meaning to try the hotel next door, the Hampton Inn and suites...but we just like this one too much!
Very comfortable and clean. Convenient location with pleasant bay view. Hotel staff professional and helpful. One of the best, if not the best on Chincoteague.
This was our first trip to Chincoteague after 20 years of Ocean City and Rehobeth. It was just us "adults" this time and we loved it. VERY relaxing and beautiful scenery. The hotel was wonderful, we loved the balcony with the water view and the sunsets to enjoy. The hotel was clean and we can't complain about a thing. Be sure to ...
After a few days with fast paced days in Ocean City, we were ready to get into a more relaxed atmosphere which also offered beach access and other attractions. After reviewing the area on the internet, we felt the kids would enjoy Chincoteaque, VA.
We usually book the Hampton Inn, but this time we decided to try the Comfort Suites.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended places to eat and even gave us some Fabreeze for our room. The room was a good size with a good view of the bay, however it smelled a bit musty. The indoor and outdoor pools were great (kids favorite)! My husband however loved the all you can eat continental breakfast, with make ...
the only issue that we had during our stay was that the indoor pool was really cloudy the whole time we were there. It was raining our whole stay so if it were clean we would have had more fun. Other than that everything was great!
