We spent 4 nights at this hotel and will stay here again. It was new, clean and the staff was very courteous. The pool was clean and abundance of towels, Beds were comfortable and the temp in the room was perfect. We were traveling with 3 children and they had a great time, slept great and no problems with noise from other rooms. Overall, a Great Place to Stay, we found our new hotel while in Kansas City.

Room was dirty, desk, bedside tables, walls and refrigerator, looked like someone had a food fight, or never wiped in the years its been open. Howling noise from window or heat/cool unit, started in the middle of night, woke up thinking it was a tornado siren or we were being bombed and sirens were going off. It never did stop, was still howling ...

Last month we booked into Comfort Inn, N. Church Rd, Kansas City, MO. for 2 weeks. We did not even stay for 1 week.

This was a terrible experience. There were bed bugs!

The pool and spa do not get cleaned during the weekend either!

Go elsewhere.

The room was not clean. It looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long time--just changed the sheets and a quick wipe down. The pool had so much chemical in it is was not even able to be used.

The staff was very friendly and was always helpful. Good breakfast and really just enjoyed the stay! Safe atmosphere and the place was always clean.

I have stayed here several times and was pleased on all occasions. They have a friendly staff, nice sized, clean rooms, and a reasonable breakfast bar.
